I am improving my review from 2 starts to 4 due to the excellent customer service i recieved in getting my photos as well as upgrading my package due to the inconvenience. I love that it makes it very easy for friends and family to send photos of the wedding. I didn't know you had to pay to get your photos before I used the app but the price wasn't bad for the amount of photos I got. I am having trouble getting my photos after I paid for it though which is why I'm giving such a low review
Good app crashes on uploads too much
"Something went wrong" with every upload. Pretty pointless tbh.
I have to uninstall and reinstall to look at the photos of my nephew's wedding....?

It's a great idea but why can't you add pictures that guest had messaged you...it only allows the camera file!
Super cute idea for your guests to download this app and take pictures for you. I loved using this app it was fun.
I never would have asked guests to upload photos if I had realised that I would have to pay to download them. Free smartphone photos that people could have just uploaded to the drive 🤦🏻♀️ I now have to pay for. General app UX isn't bad but it has often been glitchy in connecting, sending me to a blank wedding page instead of my wedding event. Just an expensive hosting service.
Cant get logged on to create my wedding . Keeps saying"something went wrong". Have the original wedbox app that works fine
